Virtual Golf Centre and Claude

What we are doing on Monday.

Four hours, at the centre. By the end you will have Claude set up around your actual business, and two or three real jobs running that you would otherwise be doing yourself.

Monday 31 August9am to 1pmNothing to prepare

The short version

Claude out of the box knows nothing about Virtual Golf Centre. It writes like a brochure because it has never seen your prices, your customers or the way you talk. Most of Monday is fixing that.

Once it knows your business, everything it writes comes out sounding like you rather than like an advert. Then we pick the jobs worth handing over and set those up properly.

You do not need to do anything before I arrive Just have your price list somewhere you can grab it, and be able to log into your systems. We do the rest together.

Part one: teaching it your business

We put all of this into one place, once. Every gap here shows up later as something generic or something invented, so it is worth being thorough while we are sat together.

Ticks stay on this page only. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Two questions I will ask you on the day What do people ask you most? And what are people always surprised by once they have been in? Nobody else can answer those, and they usually turn into the best content you have.

Part two: connecting what you already pay for

Reading your own numbers is the difference between Claude giving advice and Claude doing work. You type your own passwords, never me.

Gym Master Bookings, visits, memberships, who has stopped coming. Key is self serve from your admin. Five minute job.
Stripe and Xero Takings, failed payments, the numbers behind the monthly report. Xero often sits with the accountant. Worth checking before Monday.
Mailchimp Your list, and who has opted out. So we never email someone who asked us not to.
Instagram and Facebook So posts can be queued rather than copied across by hand. This one costs a little extra. I will give you the real number on the day.

Part three: the jobs

These all came out of our walk through. We will not build all of them. Pick the two or three that would actually take work off you, and we will do those properly rather than nine badly.

Most likelyA week of posts Seven posts and a carousel, in your voice, ready for you to approve. Replaces the three a week you make by hand.
Most likelyThe monthly owner report Your numbers pulled together with the commentary already written. You said you write this by hand every month.
TimelyChristmas function outreach Emails to local businesses planning their end of year do. Companies book these across September and October. That window is open now.
Bringing back the quiet ones Finds anyone who has not been in for a few months and drafts them an email. Also spots the ones whose card simply failed. That is the easiest money.
Schools and NDIS Turns the wet weather walk ins into something you actually work at. Runs in term time, stops in the holidays.
Answering enquiries Drafts a reply to overnight emails in your voice, for you to send or bin. Function enquiries get flagged so you see them first.
The Monday brief Last week's bookings, takings and cash, boiled to three things that matter. On your phone before you open up.
Google reviews Spots new ones and drafts a response. Anything under three stars comes to you, untouched.

How Monday runs

Any day you have staff on the floor. Bays stay covered, you get four hours to actually sit down.

What it costs you afterwards Claude Pro, about $33 a month. Put your ABN in and the GST comes off. There is no monthly fee to me. You will be able to run this yourself, which is the whole point of the day.
